Pumps and Pinstripes, Feminine Stereotypes in the Male-Dominated Workplace is an empirical study of women in investment banking. It is a qualitative study using in-depth interviews to explore the impact and influence of gender stereotypes on women in investment banking. It was also my master’s thesis!
